Question: What makes Sell-a-bration® different from other educational conferences?
Answer: Members of the Council of Residential Specialists from all over the country and parts of the world attend Sell-a-bration®. They are the top echelon of REALTORS® and are a great source of both ideas and referrals. On the education side, the Council combines nationally known speakers, dynamic education sessions showcasing the latest business strategies and exciting panel discussions with successful real estate agents.

Q: Why should I attend Sell-a-bration®?
A: You’ll find high-quality education where you’ll learn more about how to make your real estate business more profitable. You’ll mingle with the best of your peers, share ideas and find potential agents to refer to and to gain referrals from.

Q: Why is Sell-a-bration® being held in New Orleans?
A: New Orleans is an easy, convenient location to fly to from many destination in the United States. Flights are affordable, and hotel rooms are reasonable. The city offers great entertainment and excitement to attendees before, during or after Sell-a-bration 2003, held Jan. 15-17.

**CRS Approved One-Day Courses will be held concurrently one day prior to Sell-a-bration®. These courses are only open to Sell-a-bration® attendees.

Q: Is Sell-a-bration® only open to members of the Council of Residential Specialists?
A: No. We opened Sell-a-bration up to all Residential Sales Professionals because it is such a wonderful educational conference that we wanted more people to benefit from attending it.

Q: If I’m not a member of the Council, what’s in it for me?
A: All REALTORS® can learn from the educational and keynote sessions and can benefit from networking with their peers. You can learn more about the Council and decide if you would benefit by joining and earning the CRS Designation. Your membership brings your professionalism up a notch and gives you a competitive edge in your marketplace.

Or you’ll find registration forms in the bimonthly magazine, The Residential Specialist, the CRS Blue Book. Or call Customer Care Center at the Council at 800.462.8841 to preserve your spot at this prestigious educational event.

Q: Can I attend Sell-a-bration® even though I am not a member?
A: Yes, Sell-a-bration® is open to both members and non-members. As a member, you receive the benefit of attending at the member price. New this year is a special opportunity for non-members to join and take advantage of the member price, through a special discount to become a member.

Q: What is Fun Night?
A: It is a three-hour event where you will have plenty of time to network, eat and dance.
